UK SHIPPING FEES

- All orders shipped in the UK are done so free of charge.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING FEES

- All orders shipped outside of the UK, fees will apply.

EXCHANGES

- If the product that you want to exchange is sold out, we will immediately after receiving the return package send you a store credit of the amount of the order.

- Your exchange item must arrive at the Bill Pickett office no later than 10 days after your delivery date. We recommend that you book your return label within 2 days of your delivery date to ensure that it arrives at the Bill Pickett location within 10 days.
- Items must be sent unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
- Return & exchange cost will be at your charge. For any exchanges please email us on info@bill-pickett.com before creating your shipping label.
